3. What is the legal basis for processing web Users’ personal data, and for how long will it be kept?

The legal basis for processing web Users’ data is the need to enable and facilitate connection to the Website via the Internet, this being the legitimate interest of CONFIA SERVICIOS DE FOTOGRAFIA SL for maintaining the existing relationship with the User, as well as for sending legal information and information about the various activities carried out by the Group.
